HKGDE 8th Anniversary Musical Journey | “Dare to Dream” Concert

The concert is presented by the Gaudeamus Dunhuang Ensemble, with major sponsorship from the Soka Gakkai International of Hong Kong and Mong Man Wai Mong Pui Yee Perlie Charitable Foundation Limited.

We set sail upon the currents of music, carrying Dunhuang’s millennial voice back into the living world, alive and renewed. Grateful for this precious bond with Dunhuang, we mark eight years of devotion and artistic discovery — a journey that has led us from the desert murals of Dunhuang to the halls of the Palace Museum, and onward to museums across the globe. Along this cultural path, we have learned step by step, gathered inspiration little by little, and been quietly moved, time and again, by its enduring call.
