The ensemble has been honored with an invitation from the Hong Kong Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau to participate in a cultural exchange program under the National Arts Fund Hong Kong project. This concert, the second stop of the tour in Gansu, is co-hosted with CPAA Theatres Ltd, with assistance from the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the Gansu Grand Theatre. It has also received strong support from the Dunhuang Academy, the Palace Museum, and the Hong Kong Palace Museum.

A Dialogue between Dunhuang and the Palace Museum: Across 2000 Years of Chinese Cultural Heritage -Nature‘s Concerto: “Music from Heaven, Earth & Man” Concert, aims to bring the Dunhuang murals and the artifacts of The Palace Museum to life through music, allowing them to transcend time and space and engage in a dialogue on stage. The concert's theme revolves around Chinese culture, weaving together 1,600 years of Dunhuang and 600 years of the Forbidden City to traverse 2,000 years of Chinese history. Through storytelling, the audience is guided to experience the murals and artifacts, feel the vastness of the universe, and listen to the intertwined fates that span millennia: emerging from sound, resonating from the heart, telling the relationship between "Heaven, Earth & Man" over a thousand years.

During this tour, we not only held exciting concerts but also engaged in deep exchanges with the local community, showcasing the unique charm of Dunhuang ancient music and the essence of Chinese culture. The audience responded enthusiastically, with praise ringing out continuously. Additionally, we were honored to be invited by the Dunhuang Academy to participate in their 80th anniversary celebration, further enhancing cultural exchanges between our regions. We look forward to more such cultural events in the future, bringing the allure of Chinese culture to an even wider audience.
